HTV Molding Precision Components
Molding process of solid silicone:
The solid silicone molded products are made by adding (platinum, double-25 or double-24) silicone vulcanizing agent into the high-temperature mold. After mixing with the mixer, the cutting machine is cut into the appropriate weigh,size and thickness of the product and then put into the mold, then the pressure is applied through the real empty plate vulcanizing machine platform, and the solid molding is formed by vulcanizing at 175 ℃ at high temperature. The hardness of the molded silicone is usually 5-90A. Food grade materials will be re vulcanized at 200 ℃ for 4 hours.

Extrusion process of solid silicone:
The extruded silicone products are extruded into tubes, strips and special shapes by extrusion dies. It is a continuous baking process, which is suitable for the production and processing of solid silicone catalyzed by double-24 sulfide or platinum sulfide. Extrusion process is a process in which silicone rubber is continuously made into semi-finished products of different shapes under the interaction of silicone rubber barrel and rotating screw. It can be used to process silicone tube, silicone strip and other silicone products.

Calendering process of solid silicone:
Silicone calender generally adopts vertical three or five roller calender and drum calendering and vulcanizing press. In the production of silicone sheet, the calendering speed should not be too fast. First, adjust the roll spacing (middle and lower rolls) at low speed to ensure certain calendering thickness, and then increase it to normal speed for continuous operation. It is necessary to control the re mixing degree of the compound used for calendering. It is better to not return the rubber sufficiently in the mixer first, so as to obtain enough re mixing in the calendering process, so as to avoid the rubber material sticking to the roller due to excessive re mixing in the calendering process.
It is mainly used for larger products, such as silicon film, silicone plate.

For injection molding liquid silicone rubber, the vulcanization equipment is injection molding machine, and the liquid silicone is molded by injection. LSR is divided into rubber a and rubber B, which are 1:1 ratio controlled by quantitative device, fully mixed through static mixer and injected into injection tube before injection molding production.

Coating process of liquid silicone :
Silicone liquid coating will be A, B two components of liquid silicone mixed evenly, after vacuum defoaming, on the liquid coating machine, coating, the glue liquid from up to down flow between the blade edge and the material film, so the glue can be fully used, the pneumatic fine-tuning mechanism can be used to adjust and control the position of the scraper, the coating amount control and scraping precision is high.
Silicone leather is to coat organic silicon materials on various substrates such as base cloth and microfiber. The surface layer is coated with 100% organic silicon material, the middle layer is 100% organic silicon bonding material, and the bottom layer is various kinds of base cloth. Silicon material is easy to flow, and can be processed in solvent-free form. It can be produced by coating at 120-130 ℃ with low energy consumption.

Precision coating process:
Precision coating molding process is divided into micro concave coating, scraper coating, slit extrusion coating. The micro gravure coating roller is the anilox roll, the diameter is generally between Φ 20 mm and Φ 50 mm, so it is called micro concave coating. It is a reverse contact coating method, that is, the rotation direction of the micro coating roller is opposite to the feeding direction of the film, and the film is not pressurized on the coating roll by the pressure roller. The coating roller of scraper is a comma scraper. The characteristic of comma roller coating is the combination of blade scraper and roller scraper, which has less influence on the thickness of glue than glue. The coating thickness is easy to adjust, and can be applied with high viscosity glue. When the width is large, it can be adjusted horizontally. Slit extrusion coating is a common high-precision coating method. The coating glue is pressed to the nozzle by the memory through the supply pipeline, and the glue liquid is ejected from the nozzle, and then transferred to the coating substrate.
